Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're billed pro-rata. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Uploads are blocked once you hit 100% of your quota. You'll receive email warnings at 80% and 95% so you have time to upgrade or clean up files.
Every plan includes a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. After the trial ends, you'll be prompted to add a payment method to continue.
On Team plans, the storage pool is shared across your team. As an admin, you can set per-user storage quotas to control how much each member can use.
Absolutely. Every operation available in the UI is also available through our REST API. You can create API keys with scoped permissions for different integrations.
Yes. All files are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. We follow a zero-knowledge architecture — our team cannot access your file contents.
